Cookie notice

Medrack uses limited browser storage and essential security technology to keep an enquiry list and protect form submissions.

What this notice covers

Cookies are small files stored by a browser. Similar browser storage can keep information on a device without using a cookie. This notice explains the storage used by A to Z Link on the Medrack website. The Privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.

Enquiry-list storage

When you add a medicine to the enquiry list, the website stores the medicine reference, strength, quantity and source page in your browser’s local storage under medrack-enquiry-list. This lets the list remain available as you move between pages or return on the same browser. The list stays on your device until you remove its items, send the enquiry, clear browser storage or the browser removes it.

Security technology

The website uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check whether a form submission appears to come from a person rather than an automated program. The check runs invisibly, so nothing is shown on the page and you are not asked to complete a puzzle. Cloudflare may use essential cookies or similar signals for that security purpose, and handles the information under its Turnstile Privacy Addendum. Blocking the check may prevent a form from being submitted.

Analytics and advertising

We do not currently place advertising cookies or behavioural advertising trackers on this website. We will update this notice and add any consent control required by law before introducing non-essential analytics or advertising technology.

Your controls

You can clear cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Blocking local storage may prevent the enquiry list from working, and blocking essential security technology may prevent form submission. Clearing storage does not delete an enquiry that has already been sent; use the privacy contact for that request.
